Liberty walk has made a widebody ferrari f40 for the tokyo auto salon
Liberty Walk is creating a unique Ferrari F40 for the 2023 Tokyo Auto Salon.
Liberty Walk is a Japanese tuner company unlike any other. It’s mostly famous for creating spectacular widebody powerful performance cars. And now after the recent announcement, everyone is excited to see the special F40. As a prelude, Liberty Walk published an initial rendering, showing most of the details of the upcoming car.
Contrary to what we usually see on Liberty Walk works, the F40 has a more elaborate body kit. Instead of just bolting new wheel arches, the car received an entirely new wider front, with larger light units replacing the original pop-up headlights. The hood was also modified, a massive air duct was carved out right under the windshield, and a central NACA duct above the Ferrari badge was added.
The tune also attached louvers on each side of the front of the also modified wheel arches, the wheels themselves feature a black aftermarket design.
Liberty walk didn’t spare the rear as well. The car now features a larger wing and a new rear aerodynamic diffuser.
We still have no idea about what’s happening under the hood. But we can at least expect a new lighter exhaust system, attached to the 2.9-liter twin-turbocharged V6. The remaining question is whether this F40 will be sold as a whole, or if Liberty Walk will offer the body kit to those who wish to modify their existing F40s.
