How can I check the status of my order, return, or replacement?

Where can I find a sample of the materials used?
Order free material swatches before purchasing so you can compare color, hand feel, and fabric surface in person.
How long until I receive my product?
Coverking custom products are made specific to your vehicle and typically take 10–14 business days. During heavy December holiday volume, expected production time is approximately 14–18 days. Universal products and accessories ship in roughly five business days.
How do I become an authorized reseller?
Use the Become a Dealer page or contact Coverking support to begin the reseller inquiry process.

What is the difference between Neoprene and Neosupreme seat covers?
Neoprene is a CR-grade fabric used to manufacture wetsuits for surfers and scuba divers; it is durable, water resistant, and stain resistant. Neosupreme is a lighter, more economical alternative that offers a similar look with a softer hand.
Are Coverking vehicle covers manufactured with reinforced grommets for the Lock & Cable Kit?
Yes. Coverking custom and universal vehicle covers are equipped with reinforced grommets compatible with the Coverking Lock & Cable Kit.
Do I have to remove my original fabric to install a Coverking seat cover?
No. Coverking seat covers install directly over the seat's original upholstery.
