What we stand behind
Coverking products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind every product with a liberal warranty — if your order was placed correctly and something is not right, we'll work with you to make it right.
Warranty periods
Warranty periods vary by material. Most materials carry warranties from 1 to 4 years from the date of purchase. Specific periods are documented on each product page.

- Damage from misuse or improper care
- Normal wear and fading from sun exposure
- Damage from accidents, pets or sharp objects
- Products modified after purchase
How to file a claim
- Email support@coverking.com with your order number
- Include clear photos showing the issue
- A team member will review and respond within 2 business days
- Approved claims are repaired, replaced or refunded based on the situation
