Coverking Return and Warranty Information

We continually strive to exceed our customer’s expectations, Coverking is always willing to work with you our customer to meet your concerns and work with you towards a warranty.

Return Policy

If you choose to return your product for a refund, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the final item in your order to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• unworn, unaltered and unused
• with tags in its original packaging

Important Details:

• All returns are subject to a restocking fee
• The refund amount will be minus the cost of freight.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. To start a return, you can contact us at support@coverking.org
2. Please note that all returns will need to be sent to the following address: 900 East Arlee place. Anaheim, CA 92805

Additional Notes:

• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number by email to write on the outside of the box
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
• items sent back to a different address than the one listed above will not be accepted
• items sent back in poor/used condition will not be accepted
