We continually strive to exceed our customer’s expectations, Coverking is always willing to work with you our customer to meet your concerns and work with you towards a warranty.
Return Policy
If you choose to return your product for a refund, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the final item in your order to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- unworn, unaltered and unused
- with tags in its original packaging
Important Details:
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee
- The refund amount will be minus the cost of freight.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Please note that all returns will need to be sent to the following address: 900 East Arlee place. Anaheim, CA 92805
Additional Notes:
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number by email to write on the outside of the box
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- items sent back to a different address than the one listed above will not be accepted
- items sent back in poor/used condition will not be accepted
