Stellantis New Inline-6 Engine
The new inline-6 engine from Stellantis group is knocking on the automotive industry doors, and the first model to get the new engine would be Jeep and Dodge.
The upcoming New York Auto Show will host the announcement of this high-efficiency engine, on April 13 and 14.
Basically, the engine will be named ‘Tornado’ which is supposed to be turbocharged with a displacement of 3.0 L, while a light hybrid system of 48 volt will be added to it, with small and close bores and aluminium cylinder liners.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee and Wagoneer are expected to be the first model to receive the Tornado.
