The new Honda CR-V is making headlines before its official premiere.

we are all still waiting for the new Honda CR-V. The Japanese automaker has been teasing us with new photos of the car ahead of its official premiere at the Beijing Motor Show, which will take place on April 25th and 26th. The photos show the sixth-generation model in all its glory, depicting the version sold in China rather than the one intended for sale in Europe or North America.

The new CR-V is not what you would call an exciting design; it looks like a cross between an SUV and a station wagon. It's not exactly ugly either—it just feels like it could have been better thought out. The interior is more interesting though, as it pays homage to Honda's motorcycle heritage with plenty of carbon fiber details and red stitching everywhere (even the air vents).

The car will be homologated in China so we can expect it to have some unique options available there.
