0 to 15 days: Apsara products can be returned in a new unused condition for a full refund minus the cost of shipping, Products returned in used or damaged condition can result in a restocking fee or refusal for credit.
Please note that on all returns you will need to obtain a Return Good Authorization number (RGA), before shipping your product back to us.
Items purchased from a third party are subject to the vendors return policy and will need to be returned to the purchasing vendor for credit.
