Tailored Covers, Vehicle Specific Patterns
Coverking car covers are cut and sewn from a digital pattern of your specific year/make/model. Choose the right fabric for your storage, climate, and protection needs.
Pick the fabric matched to your storage and climate.
A robust five-layer, non-woven build made for rain, light hail, and snow, ideal for moderate and rainy climates. Breathable inner layers stay water resistant while a soft felt liner cushions your finish.
Lightweight yet extremely durable, with inherently waterproof, breathable microfibers whose protection is built in rather than coated on. It handles sun, rain, and snow reliably indoors or out.
A form-fitting lycra that stretches in every direction and molds to your car's contours, made for indoor storage. A fleece lining and blind-stitched, three-piece construction hide the seams and guard against dust and scratches.
A reflective 300-denier polyester that fends off sun damage while breathing to prevent moisture build-up, made for desert and mild climates. Its strong, heavy weave resists rips and tears and also blocks rain, dirt, and pollutants.
Three heavy-duty layers, a woven polyester shell over a polyurethane core, form a strong barrier against water, UV rays, and droppings indoors or out. A breathable build fights condensation while a soft fleece liner protects the finish.
Four durable layers guard against nicks, dents, and dings in moderate weather, whether stored indoors or out. Heavy-duty enough for long-term storage, it also shields the finish from sun, bird droppings, and pollutants.
Thick padding quilted between two layers of fabric shields your car from garage hazards like bikes, bins, ladders, and tools. The quilting keeps the padding evenly distributed for a sleek, fitted look with heavy cushioning.
Turn your own photos into a printed cover, with a guided process that sends you a render to approve before production. Choose a Satin Stretch base for indoor use or Stormproof for outdoor protection.
Why Coverking Custom Car Covers
Patterned for your vehicle specifically, from 3D scans.
Coverking® never uses a pattern for multiple vehicles - every vehicle gets its own 3D scan, manual design validation and a final physical fitup to confirm perfection before any cover leaves our factory. Over the past 4 decades we've amassed a library of patterns, from the latest models back to early turn of the past century antiques. We have patterns for stock classic cars as well as modified vehicles. If you don't find what you are looking for, Ask us!

The fewest seams make the best cover
80% of the cost of a cover is fabric. To save fabric, others cut the pattern into smaller pieces to lessen the scrap. Money is saved, but many challenges are created. Small pieces create an unsightly patchwork look. Extra seams increase the chance of seam failure and leakage points. The cover doesn't drape over the car as well, creating areas of ill-fit. Coverking® engineers its covers with fit and the fewest failure points as priorities.

Fabrics engineered for specific conditions and budget
Coverking® creates specifications to serve different use cases. A series of indoor fabrics designed for dust, ding, privacy and style. Outdoor fabrics that focus on sun, water, snow and ice, as well as minor door dings and cushioning. We don’t buy fabrics generally available - instead we make a specification, then find the best mills to produce. All fabrics are tested in our in-house testing lab and validated with several OEM tests.
Tier-1 OEM quality
Coverking® doesn’t grade its own homework. For nearly four decades, Coverking has been a Tier-1 automotive supplier, building vehicle protection products under the same quality management systems used to build your vehicle — ISO 9001, QS-9000, ISO/TS 16949, and now IATF 16949. That means documented process control, material traceability, in-process inspection, and continuous improvement — not a casual cut-and-sew operation.
Protected covered grommets for security kit
Coverking® custom outdoor car covers include reinforced, non-scratch security grommets built for an optional lock and cable kit. Thread a vinyl-coated steel cable through the protected grommets to help deter cover theft, or run thin rope through the same grommets to hold the cover down in a strong breeze. Outdoor storage security and wind hold-down are designed into the cover — not added as an afterthought.

Mirror pockets, antenna pockets, GPS pockets included
Coverking® custom car covers include vehicle-specific mirror pockets patterned to the mirror housings, plus precisely placed roof-mounted GPS antenna pockets and radio antenna sleeves when required. The result is less fabric stretch and stress, and a cleaner custom-fitted look. Universal “almost fit” covers that claim to be custom omit these features.

Personalize with color and printing
Coverking® pioneered extreme custom-design car covers 40 years ago, then expanded to color options and paint-matched fabrics. 25 years ago, Coverking® introduced sublimation-printed Photo Covers for full-coverage custom graphics. Choose solid colors, color-matched fabrics, or printed photo covers when you want a personalized outdoor or indoor look.

Private label custom car covers
Coverking® builds private-label custom car covers to your organization’s specifications — design, material, and construction. We can develop vehicle patterns in-house for your products or work from your 3D CAD files. Requirements like specific certifications, textile treatments, and U.S. manufacturing are all available. Why Coverking®

True vehicle-specific patterns
Beware of "almost fits." Coverking laser-scans every seat, dash, windshield, and floorwell, then patterns each cover for exactly one vehicle - yours - and builds it to order. Universal brands stretch a few "close enough" patterns across thousands of vehicles. We've built one for each

We make everything we sell
Notice how many brands sell the same cover? That's because it IS the same cover. Some brands sell products they neither designed nor manufacture. Coverking owns the pattern, controls production in Coverking-owned facilities, and supports the product after the sale. It's why we can fix your cover when needed. Nobody can support a product they didn't build.

Built to the automakers' own standard
We don't grade our own homework. Coverking supplied OEMs as a Tier-1 supplier for nearly four decades, certified to the auto industry's own quality systems - ISO-9001, QS-9000, ISO/TS 16949, now IATF 16949. It's the standard your vehicle was built under. Other covers almost never are.

Anaheim roots, global reach
Coverking started in Anaheim, California and never left. Design, engineering, marketing, customer service, and significant manufacturing all run from our Anaheim factory; factories overseas are ours and they build only Coverking products.
21-day satisfaction guarantee
Three full weeks to decide. If it's not what you wanted, send it back within 21 days of delivery for a refund of the product price less shipping costs. The conditions in plain sight instead of fine print: the covers come back new, unused and re-sellable. Embroidered or personalized products can't be returned.

Warranty without an asterisk
No pro-rating. No fine print. No claim forms, registration deadlines or technicalities. Send the cover back to us. That's the entire process, same as it's been for four decades. Compare that with any other company. Oh-and when the warranty ends, Coverking Care begins.
Coverking Care - lifelong support
Warranties end. Support shouldn't. When yours is up, every Coverking product graduates to Coverking Care: for as long as you own your vehicle, send us the worn cover and we'll repair or replace it for a significant discount. We build every product to order so we can always build yours again.

Family-owned and managed since 1986
From a 1,500 sq ft shop in 1986 to a 100,000 sq ft Anaheim factory — forty years this year, and the founding family still runs the company. No private equity, no parent conglomerate. We answer to our customers, not a quarterly profit report. We just love cars and trucks, and we want to help you protect and enjoy yours.
