The European VW ID.Buzz has a 117.6-inch wheelbase, while the American version is set to ride on a 128.2-inch wheelbase. With an increase of 10.6 inches, the overall length will be 196.1 inches long.
The longer wheelbase affords the American version more inside legroom and cargo space, but the larger overall length will make it stand out from other mid-size vans like the Ford Transit and Nissan NV200.
Volkswagen ID. Buzz is already marketed as a great alternative for more than just SUV drivers. It has a charming interior with a flat floor, large windows, and plenty of storage space. It's expected that the new model will be available by 2024.
