Hyundai Unveils Electric Hydrogen Hybrid Concept Performance Cars
Hyundai is showcasing its vision for an electrified future through the latest creations of its N sub-brand, the RN22e and N Vision 74.
So, a high-performance EV model from Hyundai is a possibility. Hyundai N started first by refining the brand’s E-GMP and squeezing it into an IONIQ 6-like design. The result is this RN22e, the role model for future high-performance electric Hyundai N vehicles.
Sustainability was N’s main focus since 2015. But electric power wasn’t the only path to achieve it, that’s why we’re seeing now the N Vision 74, a high-performance hydrogen fuel cell hybrid. The number 74 is used as a wink to Hyundai’s passion for high-performance cars since 1974.
Thomas Schemera, Executive Vice President and Head of Customer Experience Division at Hyundai Motor Company explained the importance of these two concepts in the brand’s future development plans: "RN22e and N Vision 74 play an important role in the strategic development of our entire product lineup, especially our electrified, high-performance vehicles," "Rolling labs represent the continuous development of our most advanced technologies."
