Lanzante to Release a New Project Every Year

Lanzante will continue producing its impressive cars as exclusively as it’s used to, but at a much accelerated rate now, and featuring new brands other than McLaren.

Their latest creation the McLaren P1 Spider stole the show at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. Lanzante boss Dean Lanzante said that this year’s show is just the start, the company will from now on, drop a new model every year. But they will all remain exclusive, with a very limited number of units every time, so as not to confuse the increased rate of production with the quantity.

“Because of the type of work we’re doing, all will be low-to-medium-volume. I can’t imagine us doing 100 cars,” Lanzante explained. “I’d never say never, but what we’re planning going forward doesn’t look like that.” He stated.

The boss also explained the brand’s philosophy and how large-scale production will harm it.

Lanzante’s reputation is built on the special one-on-one relationship that it has with every client. The customers are included in every step of the production process, discussing and negotiating every detail, of course, this will be reflected in the price tag, nevertheless, customers like it this way, and the company values that very much and wants to preserve it.

Large-scale production means less attention to individual customers. a thing that will turn Lanzante into just another sportscar maker with no special personality of its own.

Lanzante to Release a New Project Every Year

From a purely technical point of view, it’s worth noting that Lanzante is not all about looks, all the new models will be “performance-led” as opposed to simply “visual or cop-out aesthetics to get easy sales.”

The company is also exploring new brands other than McLaren, this year we saw a modified Pagani Zonda Revolucion, Lanzante worked on it to make it road legal.
