The $550 increase in price to $24,870 is due to an increase in standard features, like automatic emergency braking and Apple CarPlay compatibility. Plus, a $50 rise in Subaru's destination fee to $935.
The Crosstrek Hybrid will also see a price increase by $1,000 to $38,070 when it goes on sale this fall.

Nissan has announced that the refreshed version of its popular Altima sedan will be available starting this fall.
The new model returns to the Japanese automaker's lineup with a revised front end and tech upgrades.
Sales of the tweaked model begin this fall and will be available in S, SV, SR, SL, and SR VC-Turbo trim levels. Pricing is not available yet.
The new Altima loses the chrome V-shaped element for a waterfall-looking design with Nissan's new logo in the center. The headlights have the same shape as before but are now more angular than the ones on the previous model.
#5 Picasso 660 LMS Debuts With 3.0-Liter Twin-Turbo V6
Picasso Automotive, a Swiss startup supercar company, has revealed its first production model. The 660 LMS is a carbon-fiber supercar with a V8 engine, and it will be available for orders in June this year.
The production version of the PS-01 prototype was unveiled during a private preview event at the Top Marques Monaco. It's designed and engineered from the ground up by Picasso Automotive and features a V8 engine that produces 638 horsepower.
"The car is an expression of our passion for engineering excellence," said CEO Manuel Schumacher. "We're very excited to share it with everyone."

Cupra has previewed a multitude of models at the Unstoppable Impulse event, including the Cupra Terramar, a new compact crossover that is mechanically twinned with the next-generation Audi Q3.
The Cupra Terramar will be built in Hungary at the VW Group's Györ plant and will be about 4.5 meters (177.1 inches) long. It will also have a 1.8-liter TSI turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 180 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, which is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
This new model will help the SEAT sub-brand to reach its annual aim of 500.000 sold units.

The Mini Recharged will have a classic, unassuming look that recalls the brand's beginnings in 1959 as Austin's answer to Volkswagen's Beetle. It will have retro touches like steering wheel stitching that pays homage to its heritage.
