Volkswagen has announced that it will be introducing a Golf R 20 Years Edition, celebrating the two decades since the debut of the R32.

The Golf R 20 Years Edition will be available in three colors: Lapiz Blue Metallic, Deep Black Pearl, and Pure White. It will have 19-inch gloss black Estoril wheels.

The car is expected to go on sale in North America later this year—VW is producing 1,800 examples for North America.

The new model is ready to enter the 2023 model year, and it has no design revisions, however, it has a whole bunch of new standard equipment.

The Safety Shield 360 family of safety systems is now included on all grades of the Nissan Kicks lineup—and it's available as an option on both trims as well. The standard seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system has been upgraded with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. There are three USB ports as well.

What's more? The Kicks SV trim has 17-inch wheels, roof rails, adaptive cruise control, and a larger eight-inch infotainment display. Meanwhile, the Kicks SL trim comes with 17-inch wheels and a remote engine start




#3 Paramount Marauder Mark 2 Debuts



The Marauder Mark 2 is the newest and most advanced armored vehicle from The Paramount Group.

Paramount Group is a South African military contractor that has been in the business of creating combat vehicles since it was founded in 1994. Now, they're launching their latest creation: the Marauder Mark 2.

What makes this vehicle different from its predecessors? Well, for one thing, it's an improvement on their flagship product: the Marauder armored truck.

The Marauder Mark 2 rides on a universal hull, with interchangeable dashboard modules that allow for easy switching between steering positions from left to right, in about two hours. It also has external storage racks and a rear door with a hydraulic ram system for loading cargo or personnel into hard-to-reach spots—like an enemy tank turret!



#4 Toyota Yaris Cross GR Sport Debuts

Toyota is adding a sporty GR Sport variant of its Yaris Cross compact crossover, but no pricing details are available yet.

The car sits below the C-HR in the brand's lineup, and it's not yet clear if it will be available in the United States.

Toyota has also made changes to its Yaris Cross lineup this year, with a new GR Sport variant joining the existing Premium and Trendy models. The new model features sportier styling and enhanced features.

The Ariel Hipercar Takes the British Brand into the Electric Sports Car Segment


The Ariel Hipercar, a new electric sports car from British automaker Ariel, is taking the company into a new segment, joining its Atom and Nomad offerings. The vehicle is still a prototype, the first deliveries will happen in about two years. Buyers will choose from two different models: all-wheel drive with four electric motors or rear-wheel drive with two motors. The four-motor setup will deliver 1,180 horsepower and reach 60 miles per hour in 2.09 seconds and 100 mph in 4.4 seconds.
