After running a social media campaign asking fans to design their ultimate variant of the tiny electric quadricycle, the automaker has received numerous designs from participants who were inspired by this idea of personalization. Now, Opel is expected to build the winning example of the Rocks-e which is considered as the world's first electric vehicle that its potential owners can customize. Clearly, Opel is trying to get away from its former design language and move towards something more modern and functional.
