New spy photos of the Porsche Macan EV have surfaced recently, showing more details of the upcoming electric SUV interior.

The launch of the Porsche Macan EV was delayed several times already, mainly due to supply chain issues. So, while we wait, all we can do is chase the car around, trying to get as much insight as possible.

This chase bore some sweet fruits recently. Despite the pictures being taken from a distance, they were able to capture a great deal of the Macan interior.

The advantage of capturing the interior of a moving test car is that the dashboard is usually uncovered, contrary to parked cars where it’s always shrouded in thick drapes.

Admittedly, we’re pretty familiar with the Macan EV dashboard, we already know that it is fairly similar to its combustion engine sibling. But with the recently acquired material, we can see that it has a more digital environment, dominated by a large central display and more digital displays behind the steering wheel featuring the clock from the Sport Chrono Package, which is again a typical setup that we find in all new EV cars.

As for the exterior, Porsche was never shy about it, the entire design was practically revealed long ago. The test model was caught this time wearing a few lazy camouflage tricks, like the obviously fake exhaust tips, the exaggerated headlight stickers, and the fake window outlines.

The Macan EV powertrain also is a matter of public knowledge, it will produce a total of 603 horsepower and more than 738 pound-feet of torque, coming from a dual-motor setup feeding all four wheels, while the Power supply is secured by a 100-kWh battery pack. This will be the standard version, with another promised single-motor rear-wheel drive version coming along the way.

The official debut of the Macan EV will hopefully take place at the start of the next year 2023, and Production is set for 2024.
