SUV Stellantis Launch Jeep Electric SUV Jeep Electric Early Next Year

By next year’s start , Stellantis will be bringing its first all-electric vehicle to the U.S, it will be an electric version of the Jeep brand. The company wants 50% of its U.S. sales to be from EVs by 2030.

Stellantis anticipates having more than 75 BEVs in its portfolio by the end of the next decade, which will represent one-fifth of global sales and translate into a total annual sales of five million electric vehicles. The new slew of electric vehicles will include a Ram 1500 BEV pickup truck in 2024.

This automotive company aims to increase planned battery capacity by 3 fold with the new plant in order to best fulfill the needs of a rapidly growing electric vehicle market.

The Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and PSA Group merger is paying off in the company’s first year, which followed the unveiling of the new electric SUV Stellantis, the startup company made 13.4 billion euros ($15.2 billion) in its first year.
