VolkswagenVW ID buzz paramedic

Volkswagen is showcasing the various transformation possibilities of the recently launched EV van, the ID. Buzz, this time with a unique paramedic EV bus.

The ID. Buzz isn’t your typical van; first, it’s a fully electric vehicle. And second, the Volkswagen creation was designed with a sense of multipurposeness in mind. ID. Buzz can be simultaneously the perfect family or business vehicle, and with a bit of tuning, you can turn it into pretty much anything you like. This fact pumped up the demand for the new vehicle; the ID. Buzz's popularity rose instantly after its launch, and it remains high even after a few months.

Now, the German brand is displaying the latest alterations of the ID. Buzz; the one that attracted the most attention is the special paramedic bus, made in collaboration with German superstructure manufacturer Bosenberg.

The bus combines the ID. Buzz EV platform, with special medical equipment, VW didn't share any details about the additional equipment. But from the outside, we can see that the van retained most of its original design, bearing only a new fresh lively paint job and an additional light bar mounted on the roof.

This proves how easily the ID. Buzz can be transformed; further examples will be on display during the IAA Transportation 2022 in Hanover, Germany.

For this special event, Volkswagen has prepared more than 30 models, other than the ID. Buzz paramedic bus, we will be able to closely examine the all-new Amarok truck, a Multivan-based vehicle developed by a Dutch company called Snoeks, and a mobile e-bike workshop from the German company Kogel/Flexmo. In addition to various other camper vehicles.

Volkswagen is not done with the ID. Buzz yet; the company has big plans for the model. Observers are now anticipating the launch of the Buzz GTX, which promises to be the most exciting version of the model. It’s expected to run on a dual-motor electric powertrain with an output of 295 horsepower (220 kilowatts) and 338 pound-feet (460 Newton-meters).

Customization is the key point in the ID. Buzz design, and it’s also the main point around which Coverking is basing all of its products.
